This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of competency, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample of this research are teachers at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. The research results found that there was a negative and insignificant influence between competence and job satisfaction at SMK N 1 Sijunjung. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and job satisfaction. There is a negative and insignificant influence between organizational culture and job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between competency and employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence between organizational culture and employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between competency and employee performance through job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance through job satisfaction. There is a positive and insignificant influence between organizational culture and employee performance through job satisfaction.
